I started my marketing journey back when it was still a niche subject at university in Eastern Europe—think pre-Google, pre-social media, and very much pre-anything-easy.

Landing in the fast-moving consumer goods world was like jumping into the deep end of the pool—with sharks. It was the best kind of chaos: high inflation, rapid change, and a wild-west vibe that taught me marketing fundamentals the hard (and fast) way.
I once pulled off a campaign in weeks to reclaim an idea that was nearly stolen. I do have an actual award for marketing stunt-woman of the year :)

And yes, I may have also earned the unofficial title of “crankiest boss” during my perfectionist phase. Thankfully, that’s behind me—otherwise, this business wouldn’t be here today.

Now, I channel all that experience, energy, and edge into helping non-marketers. And I’m loving every minute of it.

here's the dish on me.

Nice to meet you, boss!

Me

about

When professionals leave the corporate rat race, the natural next step is often starting a business that trades time (and hard-earned expertise) for money. It works—but I believe there’s a smarter way.

With the right mix of marketing magic and strategy, you can turn your services into a product offer. And here’s why that’s a game-changer:

  • You focus on quality, not hours
  • Your growth isn't capped by your calendar
  • And the time you free up? You can invest it in your next big thing—whether that’s a new house, your kids, or just more time for yourself.

Of course, it takes effort to find the right proposition, design the perfect product, and choose the best pricing and sales channels. That’s where my courses and tools come in.

I’ll guide you through the journey—and I promise, you’ll enjoy every step. After all, you’re building your dream job.

Yes, you can ALSO build a business!

I believe you have what it takes.

With over two decades of experience in strategic marketing, brand building, and product innovation, I’m still surprised by how often marketing is mistaken for just advertising. Yes, advertising is the most visible part—but it’s only the tip of the iceberg. As any ad agency will tell you: a great ad can sell a product once. But only a great product gets bought again. What people truly buy is your offer—the change, the transformation you deliver. The ad? It’s just the messenger. And yes, it needs to be a good one.

Selling becomes effortless when you find an unmet need, you develop a product that truly delivers, and bring it to market at the right time and place.

I want to bring the magic of the brand development model to the entrepreneurs who are not marketers, but want to make a difference.
